Virginia Ginny's Story
Life
I'm listed as Virginia not Ginny in the yearbook but I've always gone by Ginny. I started jr & sr high school in Millington at MCHS. Near the end of my freshman year, we moved back to NAS Lemoore Ca where I graduated. Since graduation, I married in 1973, moved to Iowa, had two children, divorced, Married - Larry Renslow in 1984. We have been happily married since. I had always been interested in a career in the medical field so I took classes to become an EMT (emergency medical tech) and joined our local Rescue Unit while Larry joined the volunteer Fire Department (He's a semi-driver). since I was 8 yrs old. I am now a Registered Nurse. Our kids are grown. Our son Chris has 2 children they live in Florida and our daughter Brandi lives 2 blocks from us. Larry and I love to camp and travel. I enjoy quilting, knitting, photography, working in my flower gardens, scrapbooking, and cooking.....
School
I loved being in the Acapella choir and being a lab assistant, I also liked German Club. I wish I had participated in more things at school. I studied too much and didn't take the time to enjoy things I should have.
Workplace
I love working in the ER. It's always changing and challenging. The crew I work with is fantastic. We are a family!
